Here are my two tags done for the UK Stampers Sunday Challenge. On the colour one I have used Washi paper (I know its Japanese !), on the tag background and overstamped with three colours of Brilliance ink and finished with satin and organza ribbons an eyelet and brads.
The black & White version uses the same stamp plus a chinese calligraphy stamp stamped with Versafine Onyx Black and Starlite Black Brilliance. Finished with an eyelet and some black and white satin ribbon.

Two great tags... both look very different, hard to choose between the two!
Lovely tags, I choose the b and w one, very striking!
