I is for Icon
The only bit of stamping on my tag is the dotty circles to make the background. The definition for icon is taken from Wiki, printed onto a transparency. The religious icon was too dominant, so my son suggested layering vellum over it. The vellum is glued to the transparency so the icon can be revealed when the transparency layer is moved. The sphinx under the text was a mistake! I glued the wrong side in the xyron sticker maker - I had meant it to go on top as a detail and to hide the glue for the vellum... so I added the Da Vinci man too as I really wanted some icon on top of the text. I inked the edges AFTER fixing the transparency with the eyelet... would have been easier to do it first... but this tag evolved as it was created so I'm quite happy with it now - may need to find a big I or hand cut one to add to the front somewhere.
