Here's my entry for this week's challenge. Can't believe I never used this lovely Santa stamp from The Artistic Stamper before - it's gorgeous! I have to say that I tend to make more religious type Christmas cards so that's probably why.

Here is my entry for the 'Poppy' Challenge. Simple poppy stamped with waterbased ink and then waterbrushed, cut out and mounted on a shimmer, textured background and matted on dark blue and pink card. An acetate sleeve was made and attached with eyelets over a pale blue card.

Sunday challenge no14

I know I set these challenges but sometimes I find them a bit on the tricky side!

I have no stamps relating to fireworks so I improvised and used a flower stamp instead!

So here's mine!

Three fireworks tags, same stamp, different colourways. Backgrounds are distress inks and various sprays - glimmer mist, glitz spritz, firework burst. Stamp (an old freebie from CS!) embossed with Moonglow powders.

Not finished, and not really a good photo! The tag on the right has lots of dots of Stickles, the one on the left uses silver paint. These will make great bases for something, but I did want to show the work in progress as the new challenge will be up today!
